Chef and director, Philippe, and his daughter, Anaïs, found a new home in West Berlin via
the French Mediterranean coast where Philippe grew up—a place he misses so much he
decided to import the local gastronomy to the German capital. Their philosophy is simple:
only delicious farm cheeses from small, seasonal productions and wines that Philippe and
Anaïs love to drink themselves are sold. It’s in their blood, so it’s no surprise they
